What guests loved:
Few minutes drive from the airport and the shopping mall where you can take the tram into the town centre. We had a car which I would recommend due to the location.
Areas for improvement:
Carpark is chargeable, there’s free spaces outside the hotel but a risk as barely ever free in the evening. Kids can use water toys in the pool. I was squirted and splashed a few times.

The staff was discrete, yet present and helping whenever needed. Accommodating our schedule, which was a bit ectic sometimes.

The hotel reception staff were very good in explaining the features and sections of the hotel and they all spoke very good english to support us 10 out of 10.

Spacious room, nice & clean, comfortable bed, nice buffet breakfast available, friendly staff. Also, next door there is an amazing Lebanese restaurant that I highly recommend!

Room was excellent with small kitchen and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. The staff was exceptional, very friendly, attentive and courteous.
